I. Overview:

While other low-resistance aeration products do offer reduced resistance, their oxygen utilization and energy efficiency are also suboptimal. Traditional fine-pore diffusers have achieved a substantial improvement in oxygen utilization, but they suffer from poor operational reliability and relatively short service life. Is there an aeration product that can generate fine-pore bubbles, exhibit low resistance, and deliver long service life—all at the same time? The swirl-mixing diffuser was developed precisely to meet this need. It departs entirely from conventional design principles, employing a clever yet simple structure that enables the diffuser to produce fine-pore bubbles while maintaining low resistance. As a result, it offers high oxygen utilization and energy efficiency, eliminates the need for air filtration, requires no maintenance, and boasts an extended service life—making it a truly rare and outstanding aeration product.
II. Principle:
Air enters the coupling through small holes in the air-distribution branch pipe and reaches the swirl chamber, where it lifts the dynamic core and drives the umbrella-shaped impeller to rotate, thereby breaking up the incoming air. This creates a rapidly rotating, continuous upward vortex flow zone, which then passes into the middle-layer diffusion hood for secondary bubble breakup and uniform dynamic dispersion, further entraining the surrounding mixed liquid upward into the inverted-tooth umbrella-type large diffusion hood for a third stage of bubble breakup. At this point, the bubbles have become extremely fine, significantly increasing the gas–liquid interfacial area and enhancing oxygen utilization. When aeration is stopped, the dynamic core descends to seal the outlet orifice ring, preventing backflow of wastewater and blockage of the outlet micro-holes.
