Monolithic Concrete Filter Slab
We primarily provide a comprehensive range of ancillary products for water supply and wastewater treatment systems, including trash interception, chemical dosing and reaction, sedimentation, water collection, sludge removal, and filtration, as well as biological media and aerators for wastewater treatment projects.
Advantages: Monolithic cast-in-place concrete filter plates offer unparalleled superiority. Whether constructing a new filter bed or retrofitting an existing one, formwork is fabricated on-site, the reinforcing steel cage is assembled and lapped, concrete is placed and vibrated in situ, and curing is carried out on-site. This approach results in a short construction period, eliminates the need for external vibration after placement, yields high strength, requires no anchoring hardware or joint treatment, and enables the facility to be put into operation once and then remain maintenance-free for its entire service life. When steel formwork is used, the finished filter plate can be demolded after concrete placement. During operation, there are no toxic or hazardous residues from the formwork components, the limited height of the water-distribution zone is not encroached upon, and all performance parameters comply with filter-bed design codes. As a result, design versatility is achieved while investment is reduced.
