Multiple concrete filter panels are vibrated and cast simultaneously; the precast panels exhibit consistent strength, with uniform mortar-aggregate distribution, no dead corners, and rapid dewatering. Upon demolding, the panels immediately meet precision requirements, with a flatness tolerance of ±1.0 mm on both faces.
Sealing of filter plate gaps:
The high-precision reinforced concrete filter plates feature a semi-dovetail groove structure on all four edges. After installation, the joints are sealed with a high-strength composite grouting material, ensuring no shrinkage, no air leakage, tight sealing, excellent strength, and integral bonding with the filter plates. This provides a reliable guarantee for long-term, stable operation under various operating conditions, including single-air backwashing, single-water backwashing, and combined air–water backwashing in different types of advanced filter beds.
Filter plate support configuration: filter beams or supporting piers.
Installation of the filter plates:
1. First, level the filter beams or support piers and remove any debris from the pool.
2. Hoisting and positioning the filter plates.
3. Sealing of panel joints.
4. Press and secure the stainless steel pressure plate, then screw in the filter head.
5. Test with water (or gas).
6. Put into operation after normality is restored.
