In the corrugated inclined-plate clarifier, water flows horizontally in a serpentine vortex pattern within the corrugated plates, causing settled sludge to concentrate and descend along the troughs of the corrugations, thereby enhancing sludge settling efficiency, facilitating solid–liquid separation, and improving overall sedimentation performance. The plates exhibit high structural rigidity, precise geometric dimensions, and a smooth surface, ensuring excellent sludge discharge characteristics. Specifications:

PVC labyrinth-type winged inclined plate
Multiple wing-like vanes are installed on an inclined plate to divide the water flow into a main-flow zone (laminar flow zone), a vortex zone, and a recirculation zone. By leveraging the combined effects of gravity, fluid drag, and inertial forces (centrifugal force), floc particles are dynamically and forcibly separated, thereby enhancing sedimentation efficiency.
