We primarily provide a comprehensive range of ancillary products for water supply and wastewater treatment systems, including trash interception, chemical dosing and reaction, sedimentation, water collection, sludge removal, and filtration, as well as biological media and aerators for wastewater treatment projects.
Scope of application: Collection and drainage for all types of rectangular and annular sedimentation tanks, clarifiers, and filters.
Material: Stainless steel
Plate thickness: 3.0–6.0 mm
Surface appearance: natural finish, mirror finish.
Features: The stainless steel water collection troughs and sand-washing troughs manufactured by our plant boast precise dimensional accuracy, a well-optimized and reliable arrangement of stiffening ribs, and high torsional, tensile, and compressive strength. Their surfaces are smooth, polished, and aesthetically pleasing, making them ideal for surface water collection in sedimentation tanks and for drainage during sand washing in filter beds. Water collection trough outlet configurations include weir-tooth type and orifice type; the weir-tooth type is further available in adjustable and integral designs.
Specification: Fabricated in accordance with the design drawings.
Installation: Both ends of the drainage trough shall be supported by bearing points and securely fixed. If the length of the collection trough exceeds 6 m, supporting beams or columns shall be provided, and the outlet shall be sealed with mortar or a sealing strip. Tolerance for the water level at the overflow surface of the collection trough: for trough lengths L ≤ 8.0 m, the tolerance is ±4.0 mm; for trough lengths L > 8.0 m, the tolerance is ±10 mm.
Our factory can also manufacture ABS material collection troughs and weir plates for customers.
