Features: Under operating conditions such as sludge removal, water distribution, and aeration, perforated plastic pipes exhibit low flow resistance, smooth inner walls that resist sludge accumulation and biofilm formation, and resistance to clogging of the perforations—making them a superior replacement for traditional perforated pipes made of cast iron or carbon steel.

Perforated and Flat-Head Sludge Discharge Pipes
1. Sludge discharge pipes are used at the bottom of the reaction tank to remove sludge; they can be configured either with perforated pipe bodies or with flat suction nozzles. The operating principle relies on the hydrostatic pressure difference between the water level and the outlet of the sludge discharge pipe to automatically remove settled sludge from the tank.
2. Mud discharge holes of equal aperture shall be uniformly arranged on both sides of the opening, with a 90° intersection angle between the two sets of holes, and the material shall be OCr18Ni9Ti (SUS304).
3. The sludge-suction flat nozzle is installed at the end of the sludge discharge branch pipe, with a threaded connection that allows for adjustment. Its features include a flat suction passage, elimination of dead zones in sludge discharge, minimal water loss, easy installation, and long service life.
