Mechanical agitator
We primarily provide a comprehensive range of ancillary products for water supply and wastewater treatment systems, including trash interception, chemical dosing and reaction, sedimentation, water collection, sludge removal, and filtration, as well as biological media and aerators for wastewater treatment projects.
I. Scope of Application:
In water treatment, mixing equipment is categorized into dosing-mixing, blending, flocculation, and clarifier mixing systems. Our factory manufactures three types of mixing equipment, which are applied in dosing-mixing, blending, and flocculation tanks in water treatment plants to facilitate the dissolution, mixing, and reaction processes of coagulants,助凝剂 (auxiliary coagulants), and disinfectants.
1. Mixing Blender
Mixing tanks are used in the mixing stage of the coagulation process in water supply and wastewater treatment. As raw water and coagulant pass through the mixing tank and are subjected to the discharge action of the agitator, a circulating flow is established, enabling rapid and thorough mixing of the coagulant with the water to meet the requirements of the coagulation process. Mixing time and agitation intensity are critical factors determining the effectiveness of the mixing operation.
Mixing blenders can achieve a specified mixing intensity within a relatively short mixing time, meeting requirements for rapid, uniform, and thorough mixing, while also exhibiting low head loss and the ability to adapt to variations in water volume; therefore, they are suitable for water treatment plants of all sizes.
2. Drug Dissolution Mixer
Dissolving and mixing equipment is used in water supply and wastewater treatment processes to rapidly and uniformly dissolve chemical agents and prepare them into aqueous solutions of specified concentrations for wet dosing.
3. Flocculation Mixers (Bar Type, Paddle Type)
Flocculation mixers are used in the coagulation stage of water supply and wastewater treatment.
The function of flocculation and mixing is to promote collisions and adsorption among colloidal particles in the water, leading to their gradual aggregation into dense flocs of a certain size, thereby retaining the vast majority of these flocs in the sedimentation tank.

Mixing equipment primarily consists of four main components: the working section, the support section, the drive section, and the vessel. The working section includes the agitator, agitator shaft, and agitator accessories; the support section comprises the base and bearings; and the drive section includes the electric motor and reducer. The vessel section encompasses tanks, troughs, and basins made from various materials.
