LXGH-type Tubular Static Mixer
We primarily provide a comprehensive range of ancillary products for water supply and wastewater treatment systems, including trash interception, chemical dosing and reaction, sedimentation, water collection, sludge removal, and filtration, as well as biological media and aerators for wastewater treatment projects.
I. Scope of Application:
It is equipment used in water supply plants, wastewater treatment plants, and reclaimed water treatment facilities to rapidly mix chemical agents—such as coagulants, flocculant aids, and gaseous disinfectants—with the influent.
II. Characteristics:
Tubular static mixers are made of carbon steel or stainless steel and feature a simple structure, compact footprint, easy installation, reliable operation, long service life, maintenance-free operation, and high mixing efficiency.
III. Principle:
A tubular static mixer is equipped with one to three mixing sections within the mixing tube. Each section consists of two spirally arranged plates that intersect each other, with adjacent sections installed in opposite orientations. As the water flow passes through, each mixing section divides the flow into two streams, creating counter-current mixing. The opposing orientations of adjacent sections induce both vortices and counter-vortices, and the combined action of these three mixing mechanisms ensures instantaneous and thorough blending of different liquid chemical media within the tube.
IV. Technical Specifications and Model Description:

4. Design flow velocity V: for DN < 500 mm, V < 1.0 m/s; for DN = 500 mm, V = 1.4 m/s.
V. Installation:
1. Horizontal installation is generally recommended; however, inclined or vertical installation may be used when conditions permit. When installed horizontally, the equipment should be placed within a rectangular manhole.
2. The tubular static mixer shall be installed as close as possible to the inlet of the reaction tank.
3. To facilitate maintenance, valves shall be installed at both ends of the mixer, and a flexible joint or union shall be provided at the mixer’s outlet to enable easy removal and installation of the mixer.
