We primarily provide a comprehensive range of ancillary products for water supply and wastewater treatment systems, including trash interception, chemical dosing and reaction, sedimentation, water collection, sludge removal, and filtration, as well as biological media and aerators for wastewater treatment projects.
I. Purpose and Overview
A simple, manually operated trash rack vertically installed in water channels to intercept larger floating debris such as vegetation, branches, and garbage. It is commonly used in small- and medium-sized water supply and drainage projects with low pollutant loads and features high structural rigidity, excellent pollutant interception performance, and ease of relocation and installation.
II. Installation Requirements
1. The length of the guide rail shall be determined based on site conditions; when splicing is required, butt joints with double-sided welds shall be used. The misalignment at the weld joint shall not exceed 0.2 times the web thickness of the channel section, and the weld joint must be ground smooth. Prior to installation, the guide rail must be straightened, with a straightness tolerance of 1/1000 of the rail length.
2. The perpendicularity tolerance of the guide rail centerline is 1/1000 of the navigation length, and the parallelism tolerance between the guide rail centerline and the installation datum plane is 4.
3. The spacing L of the embedded iron shall not exceed 800, and its dimensions and quantity shall be determined based on site conditions.
